How do I order
To Purchase a painting just click on the thumbnail image or on the "buy" button next to each painting this will take you to a larger image and more information about the picture, next to the large image you will see an "add to cart" button to make your purchase click this. You may check your shopping cart or check out at any time by using the "Check Cart" and "Check Out" links at the top right of every page.

How are your paintings created?
Every painting is faithfully recreated entirely by hand, but an artist who understands the palette and technique of the original artist. We do not use computers and employ brushstrokes and techniques as employed in the original work of art. In addition to oil on canvas, we are also able to offer an acrylic and watercolor service. 

Do you discount if I order more than one painting?
We are always happy to offer special prices to the trade or for two or more paintings ordered and shipped at the same time. We often have special promotions on offer, so please email us using the form below if you would like a list of what we have available.

Do you offer a Portrait Service?
Yes we do. We are fortunate to have some of the best portraiture artists on our team. We can offer single or group paintings. Portraits of people, pets, or homes, make wonderful gifts ! For a quotation please email us using the form below.

How will my painting be sent to me?
Your painting will be shipped to you beautifully packaged and rolled in a sturdy tube via UPS or DHL or one of their subsidiary shippers. We will only use a shipper which will offer an on-line tracking service, so that you can monitor your consignment.

Shipping canvases rolled in this manner is the traditional way of transporting works of art. We have shipped thousands of paintings and are confident it will arrive at your door in perfect condition, ready to take to your framer.

How long will it take for my painting to be dispatched?
Most standard catalogue paintings are shipped with 14 days. However, if you have a deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet it. Your personalized tracking profile will always provide you with the status of your order.

Do you offer a Guarantee?
We work very hard to ensure that every painting leaves the Studio in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we guarantee to either replace the painting or make a refund to you. All we ask is that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your painting and tell us why you are unhappy with your purchase. Please note that special commissions, which are not part of our standard catalogue, are not covered by this guarantee. For full details please click here

Can you frame my painting?
We are able to frame and ship many standard sized paintings. 
However, all of our canvases are prepared with a surplus of clean canvas on all sides. This means that you can hang your painting so that it is stretched over a frame, without the need for an outside decorative frame. This method of display is very contemporary and appropriate for many modern works of art. It also has the added advantage of being very inexpensive!

Will I have to pay shipping costs?
No! The price you see is the price you pay! Shipping is Free!

Will I have to pay Customs Duty?
Most countries do not levy an import tax on hand-painted reproduction paintings. However, customers are asked to make enquiries in their country of residence if this is a concern.

Can I be sure that my on-line credit card payment is secure?
Yes you can. We use a very reputable independent credit card processor, based in Ohio, USA. 
All of our transactions are placed using a secure server and SSL (Secure Socket Layers). This is the most encrypted form of transaction available and research shows that you are more likely to have your credit card details stolen or misused when making an offline transaction in a shop or restaurant.
