We are pleased to be able to offer an on-line tracking system for all our customers. This displays the status of your order at any time from the moment it is received until the time it is shipped.
As soon as we receive your order, we will email you immediately to confirm that it has been accepted and also telling you how to log into you Tracking Profile.
This information is updated daily by the representative who accepts your order.
As soon as your painting has been collected from the Studio, it will also provide you with an airway bill number, and a direct link to the shipping company, so that you can also check delivery progress via their own delivery tracking system.
We use either UPS, DHL or Airborne Express for all consignments. These companies are well known and will take good care of your painting as it makes its way to your door.
